points to remember while filling the form are, |
- Take care to fill all the details. Incompletely filled forms will not be considered.
- Only forms attested by Principal or HOD of the student's
educational institution will be considered.
- Attach attested photo copies of mark sheets and certificates.
- Send a soft copy of the form to vidial@gmail.com with the subject line as 'Scholarship Needed'.
