Operation ALFA (A Lifeline for Fifty Aspirants), our Scholarship Program started in May, 2005
aims to help fifty students complete their education and make them
self sustainable.
The motive of Vidial is not to provide scholarships alone, but to mentor the students, hone their skills and improve their
personality which would make them lead independent lives. Each person who
is given scholarship is monitored by one of our members who follows their activities, maintains a rapport and mentors them.
In order to improve our relationships with our beneficiaries,
Beneficiary Meets are organized in our major centers of operation.
For the academic year 2007-08, beneficiary meets were organized at Coimbatore, Chennai,
Mayiladuthurai & Bangalore.
